creating fake receipts for refunds, returns, or chargebacks
submitting false receipts for reimbursements, tax deductions, or expense claims
misrepresenting purchases, payments, or financial transactions
impersonating a business, merchant, or brand in a deceptive way
supporting fraud, scams, forgery, or other illegal conduct

Any use of the service in violation of these Terms is strictly prohibited.

4. User Content and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any content you create, enter, upload, customize, or generate through Receipt Maker, including any names, logos, trademarks, text, images, amounts, store details, or other materials.

You agree that:

you will use the service only for lawful purposes
you are responsible for how you use any generated output
you will not rely on the service as a source of real or verified transaction records
you have all necessary rights and permissions to use any logos, trademarks, images, brand names, or other content you include

We do not endorse, review, verify, or approve user-generated content.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights in Receipt Maker, including the website, branding, software, design, and underlying functionality, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you, except for the limited right to use the service in accordance with these Terms.

any generated template will be accepted by a store, business, bank, institution, tax authority, or third party

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Receipt Maker and its affiliates, service providers, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the service.

We are also not liable for:

misuse of the service or generated content by users
losses, claims, disputes, or damages resulting from generated templates
unauthorized access to or use of the service
errors, omissions, downtime, or technical failures

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed EUR 100.
